teams that spend lots of cash

a lot of things have ebbn said on here and and on other boards about teams spending cash. Does spending lots of money mean u have a good squad. Does it mean u have a plop one either. A lot can be said about having a team of so caled in form players. It strikes me as bfc have been like this, just exactly what is a a squad of in form players. Can we say under andy that we had a squad of players who meet this criteria. I sometimes wonder if pundits i.e. ones that r on the bbc et al or us as fans r always right. This makes me think that fans and pundits who r paid to make points of mistakes always get it right.
