Patronising s**. Lot of teams like Barnsley this year then - they need to start looking over their shoulders http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/match-reports/aston-villa-1-barnsley-3-12604454
It's brilliant that the players use it as a motivational tool and have started mentioning it themselves on social media. The whole phrase has brought the fans and players closer together because it's patronising.
I was reading a post on one of their forums, where one of their fans refused to give us any respect and said they should always expect to beat us and he demanded it! He sited how they had won this, and won that etc etc, and I sort of know where he was coming from. But They aren't the current holders of any of the said silverwear, they weren't good enough to stay in the top flight, last season, and it remains to be seen if they'll be good enough to stay in this league come May. Also, prior to kick off they hadn't won in umpteen, and were 10 points behind us in the league. I think that fan should give his head a shake and reconsider his "demands" Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
