    When I go to my utilities web site it slows down and then crashes,it doesn't happen with any other site.Any ideas what to do please.

    It's due to a virtual short circuit. You need to disconnect that cable to the lamp post outside then it'll stop happening (but you'll then have to pay for your 'lectric).

    Yes ,I can go onto the site,I can send meter readings in but when I sign in to my account it freezes then crashes.

    IE, Firefox, Chrome?
    Also cleared your cookies, history etc?
