    When I go onto Virgin Media Sport and click on the football highlights I get a message saying "An error occurred,this file is encrypted and cannot be played" Any ideas what to do.

    Are you running Windows?

    The service only works on Windows PC's - not Mac's, Linux etc.</p>

    If you're running Windows, try downloading the newest version of Windows Media Player.
