When I tell my laptop to shut down it closes any running programs and logs off windows but hangs on the windows is shutting down screen. I know if there are things running in the taskbar this can happen but it hangs on the screen for ages, I've left it to about half an hour / forty five minutes and then I have to turn it off by holding the power switch. When I turn it on again everything is normal and there is no blue screen or anything but I just think it can't be good. Any ideas folks?
