I know the BBS is full of geeky types so thought I'd ask. Broke my other phone before Xmas which was the only device I accessed my e-mail account on. Got another phone to put me on that I'm still using. After new year tried accessing emails via Google log in. It recognised my account presumably something connected to my SIM (phone previously unused) and wouldn't load. I put it down to connection etc. Then days later tried again but no joy. So yesterday I met my lad and logged emails on his laptop. Loaded straight away. Now here's the thing..... All inbox and outbox emails post 10/12/20 have disappeared. All pre that date going back 7 years are fine. New stuff post that date received in the spam folder. The 10/12 date is nearly 2 weeks before phone broke and I had replied/read/sent emails between 10/12 and phone catastrophe day......... I'm in the process of setting up a new business and have missed appointments and cut off dates due to this..... Any ideas, fixes, remedies etc. Thanks
What reason is it giving for putting them in spam? Are you able to click 'this is not spam' or move it to the inbox and does it stay there?
It's only the normal stuff that would end up in spam anyway that's arriving. I've had to set a new e-mail account up today. Tried sending stuff to my broken e-mail and its not landing in the inbox or spam ?!?
