Got Sky multi room but oneof the digital boxes is broken - can I buy a box from any where and just plug it in and go or do we have to call a sky engineer? </p> If I can plug it in and go where would I get the box from? </p> </p> Cheers in advance</p>
yes you can just plug it in and go and boxes can be bought from the like sof currys and even b&Q but you are much better off phoning sky, and getting an engineer out. don't let them fob you off with a 60 quid callout charge either, push for it to be free and they will agree to it, they do a lot.
