Techie help with converting CD tracks to Mp3 files

    I'm adding music to holiday videos using Pinnacle (software to create DVDs from video). It is possible to do it by ripping the track from the CD, but it involves playing each track. I was given a mp3 file which is easily inserted by drag and drop.

    So any help to explain ho to convert to mp3 files would be appreciated. I am using a PC not a Mac.
