    I am trying to send a letter to over 200 people, with there address on, is it possible that i could type up a letter and the import someones address and then print the letter with the address on, then change the address then print it again. and so on

    I am sure i did something at school with Access but cant remember how i did it.

    Any help would be grateful.

    You mean a mail merge

    what packages are you using?

    I am just using microsoft office. if thats what you mean

    Open Word

    Type out the letter.

    Goto Tools/letters and mailing /mail merge.
    Depending on what version of Word you have there may be a wizard to help. If not

    select the database with the addresses in

    You should then be able to insert the fields into the main letter (name, address line 1, line 2,postcode etc)

    Run the merge.
