Would appreciate help on connection. Just changed to BT with wireless connection from Orange with ADSL direct connection. Seems slower by a mile. Is this usual or will it improve. ?????

    You left us?!?! Haha.

First things first are you using a wired connection? This is the best way to check the actual speed.

It's possible that you will be on BT's ADSL Max service which has a 10 day stabilising period. The speed will fluctuate during that time. If you're still having those problems after the ten days give BT a call.
