I have a VHS video of the Barnsley team from the end of the 1970s and the early 1980s. There's also some later stuff on there from the late 1980s and early 1990s. There is us beating Wolves at Oakwell 2-1. Us beating Burnley on a red hot day at Oakwell 3-0 (Ronnie Glavin gets two - one is a Glavin Classis run from the half way line, Derek Parker gets one). There's us beating Rotherham 4-2 at Millmoor (hattrick for Banksie, another one for Glavin - Barrowclough has an awesome game). There is us beating Man City in the league cup 1-0 at Oakwell (great goal by Trevor Aylott). There is us against Middlesborough in the F.A. Cup. Billy Ronson gets sent off. There is us against Q.P.R. on a snowy day on their astroturf pitch. The later stuff shows the Agnew/Currie side, and then later on the Taggart/Carl Tyler team prior to Viv Anderson and Danny Wilson's arrival. The format is obviously analogue VHS. I want to get it into a format which I can post digitally on here and You Tube so that all Barnsley fans can see it (some of the football that Glavin side played needs to be preserved forever). Preferably I'd like to be able to edit it together in a suitable way. I know nothing about this at all. Nothing. Does anyone on here have experience of this kind of thing - would you like to help me?
RE: Technical Support Needed - I have video of Ronnie Glavin in action - how do I get it on You Tube First you need to get it converted.
You need either a Vhs/dvd combo or a video capture card that slots into you pc to record in into a digital format..
