Techy Help (PC TROUBLES)

    I've posted this question before but still cant find an answer.

    My computer will not open certain websites.

    It wont open websites such as:

    www.bbc.co.uk
    www.amazon.co.uk
    www.smile.co.uk

    I am not sure why or how to fix it, any help will be appreciated

    What error does it kick up if you try to open these sites?

    It either times out or goes to auto.search.msn

    If you are running Norton

    disconnect from the web, uninstall and reinstall it.
    If it ain't Norton doing it, I haven't a clue.
