Techy Help Please - Outlook / Blueyonder related

    Over the last couple of days I have been getting undeliverable e-mail messages from from blueyonder account only problem is Ive not been send them and they appear to be spam, I've tried all the adware / spyware removers but they have had no affect any one got any ideas what I can do?

    Checked for a virus?
