When I try to sign in to my gas and electric account the icon spins as though trying to connect but then stops and takes me no further (if that makes sense)The email address and password are both typed in correct and my suppliers can access my account from there end.Any ideas whats happening.?
could be any number of things. active x, flash, java. it'll probably work again, next time you restart your computer. just one o them things. glad i could be of assistance
