The FA are a set of cnuts of the highest order. They haven't got a clue about running the game. They are a fecking disgrace /poo
Aye. It's the "Respect" campaign yer know. Also known as "We're always right".
Perhaps they should concentrate their efforts on reviewing that "ref" and how his incompetence lead to the incidents.

but Kozluk hand balled it and then our players went ape ****. I know we got a terrible deal at the hands of D' Urso and the FA in the Morgan incident, but that doesn't mean we should be immune from punishment when we act outside the laws of the game. Yes, it's extremely frustrating when you concede a penalty in injury time, particularly when you're desperate for the points in a battle against relegation, but if the incident had been the other way we'd have all been screaming for a penalty. I listened to to the match on the radio and I was very upset about the decision on the night. Even more so after I heard the Kozluk interview when he swore blind it hit him on the ribs. However, a couple of weeks later I saw the incident for myself and it looked to me like Kozluk had his arm raised and he blocked the shot. To me, that's a penalty. If the ball strikes you when your arms are down by your side then it shouldn't be a penalty, but if you raise your arms... In this case I believe the referee got the decision right, yet our players couldn't control themselves. Even if he got it wrong there is still no excuse for it. People are up in arms on here when they see actions like that of the Chelsea players in the Champions League semi-finals, yet they quickly gloss over it when it's our players. Our players acted incorrectly, we must now accept the punishment. The fact that the FA bungled an earlier incident involving Barnsley makes no difference to that.
It was a very harsh decision No intention IMHO and very little chance of Kozluk getting out of the way. Not many refs would have given it. Get no change from the FA though.
I almost agree with you Except I thought it was a harsh decision - but not an outrageous one - it certainly fitted into the "seen them given " category. But as you say even if it was completely wrong no excuse for the players to lose control
I think it was arguably more down to the fact That the referee, who had a perfect view and was 6 yards away gave nothing, yet a linesman - 30 yards away with a poor side on view - gave it and the inexperienced official overruled himself. Anyway, water under the bridge. But I was referring to the season as a whole not just that incident. The FA seem to be clueless and some of their rules are bizarre to say the least.
