Agreed mate. I would not think long term at all. I'm racking my brains for an able old school, gnarley old b@atard Big Ron type who we can coax in for one last bloody battle and stick a 100k bonus into the package if he keeps us up. Bassett's dodgy ticker and certainly his Mrs wouldn't allow him. Our problem is as always being a bit of a leper in football league terms. Who would want to leave their comfy homes for a relegation battle in Barnsley in the middle of winter? It has a Ken Loach film pitch all over it this one.
