You can also attach files from your PC.
Tick the box above "Submit" then submit your message.  You'll be prompted to browse for the file on your PC.
It will then be hosted by this site.

I'm trying to limit my use of this very handy feature as it will cause citytyke's bandwidth usage to soar. 
Get an FTP proggy and use your blueyonder webspace.  You need your username and password from your blueyonder documentation but it's easy enough.
