Test internet speed site?

Anyone know of a site that will test how fast my (well, not for me specifically, for my dad) internet connection is running at please?</p>

I use one called something like Cable-Modem.net but I dont know if that will only work for cable. My dad's internet is through a BT phoneline.</p>
