Yes - took my 8 year old lad to his first Barnsley match. Was well impressed when we were one up after 2 minutes, but less impressed with rest of game, esp 2nd half. Did you go to park and ride next to Tesco?
No I didnt as I wanted to meet the LT's and Cazi for a beer The Park and ride was billed as not starting till 1pm - and I got caught at Brighton like that once when they waited till the bus was full so it was gone 2pm when I got to the ground. I continued past the P&R and drove over the Itchin bridge and parked about 10 mins walk south of the ground and 15mins walk from the giddy bridge pub. Did you use the P&R and did it work well?
It was fine as it was just off the M27 so there was no chance of getting lost. We waited on the bus about 20 mins before it went. There was no way that it was ever going to fill up, there was only about 15 cars there.
