    One of mates has moved to Wales and i have been texting him a lot. i am on contract will i get extra charges outside my allowence for texting him

    If you are going over your monthly allowance it does not matter where in the UK you are sending them, you will be charged.

    of course you will be charged exta if you go over the allowance. But it doesn't matter what part of Britain he is in.
