    The food on the buffet is quite cold

    And you always get peopl picking things up with their hands, and putting it back, despite common sense and the notices. Parents letting young kids help themselves, nothing against young ens, but when they're running around when people are carrying food, it's a bit of a health risk.

    Not the best meal, and it's always been busy when i've been so you've a wait too. I'd rather stay nearer home.

    hmmm
    a bit different to what i saw today.
    saying that it wasnt that busy at the time.
    Also it saved me about a tener with the refill thing. i seem to drink a lot when eating which was good.

    I've been a few times with mates, the food isn't great but where else can you make an ice cream sundae inside a Yorkshire pudding?

    Nowhere, which is a shame as it's ******* magnificent.

    i find these places rather crude....cheap sustanance for the masses....... just a place of gluttony really...if you want quantity not quality then fine. I prefer 'The Ivy' actually.

    Poor quality food, children running around unsupervised filling their plates just for the sake of it and then leaving it. Parents just seem to let this happen too. Excellent if you want to be part of a Chimps tea-party.

    The whole concept puts me off. But did someone say about drinks refills? Thats one thing common place in the States that we should do here, coffe refills and breakfast or soft drink refills....most people would only take 1 refill anyway.
