Nope. Have patience though. It took her a week to reply last time. She's probably busy in the factory making sure the quality of the spoff is up to scratch. I wonder if she does all the spoff tasting herself?

You are probably right. Although the original spoffinator was replaced with a version that can adopt a liquid form to create more complex shapes - such as raisins and bits of hazlenut. I bet she has a receptacle into which she places the first product from a batch for testing. Every morning Maggy can be seen with a full spoff box.
ask her next time what her thoughts on the current issues of salt content are and how much salt there is in spoff as some spoff seems quite salty. the "wife on her back, legs in the air all covered in spoff" is still tickling me!
