THANKS 4 CARDIFF AR - NICE BLOKE BUT SHEPHARD HAS DONE THE BEST FOR THE CLUB AND US FANS

Don't like saying it but similar to what Dave Allen did at Swillsboro HE NEEDED SACKING FOR THE GOOD OF THE CLUB, because this team would have been relegated by Christmas and then instead of buying in players to strengthen it would have been an ebay auction for all the best players to raise some funds to offset the financial loss of relegation. Ritchie yes, fantastic bloke, heart in the right place but both tactically inexperienced and extremley poor in the traNsfer market. Kell, Wright, Healy etc etc etc etc etc etc. Why couldn't Ritchie see what all us fans saw after 8 games never mind 15. My feelings are now, don't look back, onwards and upwards we need somebody with the drive and charisma to attract the correct experience to keep us in this division, then we can consolidate and build from then on.

That is shocking by our board (granted different people at board level but same reaction). The last manager who lasted more than 2 seasons was wilson. That was a decade ago!
