    seriously meant btwt, I like the bloke and nobody tries to get stuff wrong on purpose.

    I feel sorry for him and have always backed him, but I can see where the board were coming from, it's OK having a 3 year plan etc if it looks as though you are getting somewhere, like generally playing well but still losing.

    The thing is that over recent weeks the tactics,selections and formations and his post match summaries had become more and more baffling and we weren't exactly building if we are just blooding players for their parent club (granted that would probably have been accepted had we been winning)

    In conclusion a really likeable guy who gave it a shot who 100% does not deserve the personal ***** that some are throwing at him

    Hopefully the plan will still be there, just because it's a different manager doesn't mean plans and targets have to change

    This is precisely my view of things. A change in manager does not mean a change in vision for the club. And I'm sure that the man we get will be fully behind that vision.
