Listening to the father of the kid on the news I wouldn't believe that. Don't think he would play up the 'she should be in prison' bit so much if it were true. More likely they would just want their privacy respected.

...Kipper Jackson got a year for a lot more than breach of and ASBO. That was the charge he went down for but he'd already made it impossible for the court to let him off again.
