I felt for him a bit He wasn't singing in time to the music, and it just kinda didn't work
Decent enough voice though I spose

I'm ashamed to say he his my brother's mate couldn't believe it when he told me Saturday when i got to my mum and dads, he's a good lad but thinks he can sing way better than he can. Decent singer for Dog and Duck karaoke on a Tuesday night but thats where it stops. lol He is a tyke though, so can't knock him too much, albeit a tyke in Nottingham exile
I thought he was terrible in all honesty. His singing was poor and he hit rock bottom when he asked the crowd to join in and then started rambling on about how it should remind of us '97-'98. They had someone do the same at Hillsborough on match day one and the booing was louder than his singing. Painful to listen to and brought some quality embarrassment to Wednesday. Probably had something to do with us getting two back in the second half as well, lol...
thought his singing was ok, got to be difficult to sing in a stadium like that where he's just getting it amplified back at him....not ideal conditions.
It explains a lot......I was at the bar and heard 'Good Riddance' - Thought it didn't sound right and wondered if it was that awful Glen Campbell version they were playing - now it's all a bit clearer! I can never stay in the stands during half time ever since the "On Me Shed" debarcle
