That second half is as bad as I've seen in a while

Thought we were bossing it first half without creating anything clear cut - no surprises. We were defending well enough, Wiseman looked solid with a couple of strong last ditch challenges and Mellis putting a shift in and finding space.

    Then they scored.

That's what 5 million buys you. Half chance, 2v2, good cross, 1-0. And then it's game over. All confidence and belief gone. And that's why we need a striker more than a centre half ladies and gentleman.

Second half we lost the plot, none more than Wiseman. **** himself every time the ball came near him. Thought Stones was poor too but can't name a player that impressed me other than Obrien and RNL and that's because they got near the box.

I know Keith takes full responsibilty and that but he can't legislate for the number of poor and missed passes that second half. We lost it. How many times did they put it out for a throw? Hudds sat back, nicked a goal and job done. Operation self implode complete.

We need some points quickly. We need Davies and Perkins back sharpish and a return to form from Cranie, Mellis and Cwyka with a return the side for O'Brien and McNulty.

Overall, as disappointed as I've been coming out of Oakwell in a while. But it's to be expected. Our team isn't as good as every other in the league. No excuse, just reality. We'll go again and we'll keep fighting. Thought despite the display the atmosphere was decent throughout too.

    And it's only football.

In Keith we trust. You reds.

Today was not as bad as the last 4 months of last season though Dyson, so why are you so down? You said you actually enjoyed it last season!

No trust in Keith, oh and don't concede that goal, and you at least get a draw. Sounds like a piss poor goal

Don't recall ever seeing us set up for a draw apart from Coventry away.

And I think we passed it better last season whereas today it was awful.

Not after January we didnt mate, some of the worst football I have ever seen by a BFC side in all my time watching them.
Today was just poor, but no worse than some others this season. I think we need to tweak the style a bit at home, far too predictable.

Thought Beckford was on loan to Hudds , after failing in the Premiership and not living up to his overpriced tag at Leicester

He scored 8 goals in 30 odd games for Everton, a fair few from the bench too. He is a decent striker, wish we had him. He is on loan to them.
