That second half was as poor a display as I've seen for a long, long time

We weren't unlucky, Norwich could have easily scored 5. That's seven league games without a win and without significant improvement to the squad I don't see things changing any time soon. Now the loan players have gone back we're half the team we were and in all honesty I see little improvement on last season.

We've got problems all over the pitch.

Up front, Mostto and Odejayi have now started 22 games between them, but have only managed 2 goals. That is nowhere near good enough. How many chances are we going to give them?

Personally I think anyone who thinks Howard and McCann would make a good central midfield partnership must be a brain donor. Talk about lightweight. They were almost invisible in the second half, totally overrun. But I've got to ask, what did Davey think would happen?

At the back we had Bobby Hassell at left back. Not because we have a host injuries, we haven't, but due to the fact that we haven't got a left back! How have the management team allowed this situation to arise. It needs sorting and quickly. In the other full back position was Van Homoet who is far from convincing on either side of the field.

Unless we improve this team I can see a lot more results like the one we had today.

I thought we were as bad second half as Norwich were in the first.

Isnt this why Togwell should play to give extra cover in games like todays when we should be protecting the lead.

Where does this myth that Togwell provides defensive stability come from?? Headless chicken who induces panic with his mindless scurrying and inability to show any composure or pick a pass.

No idea - I don't bother asking about individual players as Simon refuses to comment on them.

I said the same as I left the ground today

450 mile round trip - was quite happy at half time - we were well in command Norwich hadnt really troubled us at all and to be honest we should have been more than 1 up

No idea what happened second half we just stopped playing. Bad a half as I have seen from us this season

did we have a decent shot on goal apart from the goal??

    i cant remember one?

I said after 10 mins that it would be won in midfield. Howard was poor imho, Hassell a fish out of water in left back, KO much better but there aint no point making the headers if there aint owt on the end of it. Mossto does not play off the shoulder - again and again we attack and he is knowhere in sight.

McCann did so so but nothing special. Fabrigas in waiting did ok when he came on - showed some nice touches, close ball control, vision, nice thru ball, pin point passes and decent work rate. I think he and howard will be one of the same though - and i cant see Davey dropping Howard!???

Van Dam simply does not look good ebough either. Gives the ball away for too often, attempts silly passes in the wrong areas.

Muller - needs to sort his kicking out (but mebbi his groin was hampering that)

Coulson - a tryer but dont think he has ebough pace. Needs a run in the team. Very Nardiello esque finish v Blackpool so hopefully he is a goal scorer.

Davey - got his tactics wrong in the second half TOTALLY. He seems totally unable to combat the other other teams formations after they make a change. He is startng to have his favourites and his treatment of some of the players seems off (is true). Kozzy and Kim are not getting a fair crack of the whip.

Also he is making far too many duff signings on a whim.

    Johnson
    Ricketts
    KO
    Mattis
    McCann
    KO

    Jury Still Out on
    Mostto and KC

He has thrown a major part of the transfer budget down the toilet on some big signings that just aint making the grade and we are gonna be in the **** unless he sorts it out.

Today showed the shortcomings of building a squad around short term loanees. Either get them in for the season or as a temporary cover OK but to build a squad around them has been a massive mistake. We are now left high and dry. What makes me mad is Davey had had 2 weeks to fetch replacements in and he hasnt - he is waiting on 3 players that might not even be available.

Big improvement needed quick - also 3 points to slow our fall - were dropping through the league like a stone at the mo.
