Stuck in traffic on the A80 near Falkirk when I saw a car flying towards me. Good thing I glanced in my rear view mirror or he would've fecked right into the back of me and probably killed me. I managed to move right over so he went flying up the middle before swerving to miss the cars infront taking out the traffic cones and over the grass verge before coming to a stop. Quite lucky nobody was hurt, but **** me, he must've been too busy doing something more important than looking infront of him, while speeding in a temporary 40mph speed limit. I think it's fair to say he was doing well over 40.
You wanna try getting in a car with Pele from Dearne FM mate. Until then you'll never know the true meaning of a near death experience!
RE: Technically At the time my only thought was to make sure nobody had been hurt. It could've resulted in at least 3 deaths, mine being one of them.
RE: Technically I remeber summat similar years ago when I lived in Oxfordshire - my doctor's daughter was killed sitting in a traffic jam.
**** came belting past, overtaking a line of jammed cars, saw someone coming the other way and swerved left. Hit this lass's mini side on at god knows what speed, knocked her sideways rolling down an embankment, killing her instantly.
Don't recall what punishment he got, but it wasn't enough and it wasn't justice.
