I was thrilled to see them win. Not only that they footballed their way to win too. I thought "here we ruddy go" when they scored in the first minute. But after that they were just neutralised. Our lot played ok in the first half but a bit laborious I thought. But their keeper pulled off a lot ofgood saves or it would have been a higher margin for us. Turnbull had little to do all game really. The second half we upped our tempo considerably, obviously our manager gave a half time talk that mattered. We outplayed them totally second half. All the players put in a shift in my opinion... Cole ran through that brick wall for us. Bree looks a very very good prospect , Williams too caught my eye. It was good to sit along side JLWBL, Jay and Arabian Ian too. Totally a good day for me, my drive back was most pleasant.

Good stuff Baz - refreshingly upbeat from you! Now try not to jump on their backs if summat goes wrong next match; you know they're trying to this right.

I have watched a lot of them this season via various media, however

no way can you beat being there, you see much much more. A player does not have to be on the ball to put a shift in or cause the opponents problems. Glad you and your lad had a good day, BTW I was in Redfearns, nice place.
