That was shocking there's nothing else can be said about it. Just really really poor for the majority of the match. What's annoyed me more though haveing had a quick skim down the forum and on other platforms is this anger to those that weren't happy. Talking like they are 1 game a season fans and not worthy of offering an opinion on the team. Well from someone that been to 25 games so far this season plus a few in pre season it was fecking ****, come at me with with the part time tag. Also some of the players attitudes. Hammill and Winnall. Hammill lost it by the looks when he went off the pitch. This time he did wait until he had got off the pitch though. And Winnall storming off the pitch at full time. Brighton all over it. Not happy with them at all. Well done to the fans that did come over at the end. Was it a sign from Roberts? On the match. Hourihane best two chances of the game. missed by 6 yard when 10 yard out and hit the goalkeepers leg from 6, 7 at a push. Seen Steve Bruce was apparently at the game to look at him. Not great to day was CH. Dropped far too deep to recive the ball and was very slow at times to move it forward. Saying that only one player will come away with any credit and that was Adam Davies. A few good saves on a day when Barnsley could easily have been knocked out of the cup. Got a game we could have done without now a week on Tuesday.
Bloody typical that it was today.... Oyston will be rubbing his hands with a replay... Gutted. All credit to your fans with their support. Great set of fans and all the best for the season.
I asked at half time if today was as bad as Altringham, After a bit of thought the answer was a definite yes.
But it shouldn't happen. CR7 has never had an off day. When he was 12 he was signed for SPC, he wasn't going to the park with his friends like Winnall and Hourihane. I've been to 26 games this season so you listen to me. Goodness. When you have been to 27 games like I have then you can comment but I won't listen anyway because I have been to 28 games unlike you so I know what I am talking about and let me tell you we have a squad of rubbish players (and James Bree) and we will never be as good as real Madrid if we don't sign Lionel messi. I would know, I've been to 29 games this season
It happens. Blackpool were the underdogs, they have a tight team who played with loads of energy. We could have slipped up, loads did today, plenty of teams bigger than Barnsley. Just remember, our team is made up of players that came from clubs just like Blackpool, so there are good players all down the leagues.
It was bad that 1st half was the worse I've seen this season. We need to improve for Fulham or we will get ripped a new one.
I posted this elsewhere, but if it were my call, I'd let 5500 of you come to the replay at our place for FREE (with perhaps voluntary contributions for policing costs). Give you good, honest supporters a chance to watch your team again, but without lining pockets of (choose words carefully to avoid libel action against me) your owner. I think the way you've relayed your request for support to visiting teams has been very dignified.
He is coming in with an aggressive 'ive been to x amount of games' so my opinion is right attitude and has made sure to name every single one of his hated players and single them out. I find the number of games he's been to very odd anyway, it increases despite is not having played a game. 23 after forest, 25 after today.
It wasn't shocking. I wasn't shocked Hemsy, and if you were shocked then you're too easily shocked. I should keep away from balloons and clowns cars. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
How many games you been to Hemsy? Just in case anyone's forgotten Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
I've missed two games Wolves and Cardiff. but i've been to two cup games now. I've been to 25 games. I'm in that mood because they are bashing anyone that wasn't licking the arse of the club today. Seen one person mention on another platform said he had an arguement with someone. Last time i saw that was Doncaster away when some made it clear what they thought of the manager. Then some fans stuck their nose in and critised them for it.
There's every chance we'll be better next week. Today was a cup match. Total one off. Sent from my SM-G850F using Tapatalk
