‘A wins a win’ as they say. Regardless of how poor the opposition, how little we created in open play or wether it papered over some cracks and the season is effectively over, it’s a win and/or 3 points, and an end to a horrible run of results. It’s all you can ask on any given match day. Can’t speak for everyone, I know, but that win has totally changed my mood for travelling to Northampton on Tuesday. Thank you Reds.
Win at all costs today and we did. Hopefully now we've stopped the rot, we can play a bit better on Tuesday and create more.
Yeah a win is a win and I'm taking it, after the run we've been on. And I don't care whether the opposition were poor or not. I said last night that I don't think we're as bad as Lg Two material, or at least not yet this season anyway!. This result today will surely end any doubts we might have had, about getting dragged down amongst the strugglers.
