    Load of rubbish, surely theres some othe way of punishing em, rather than deducting points. Gives them no hope for the season. Just think, 3 years back Luton were just outside the play-offs in the Championship, since then they've had 2 straight relegations and look like they're gonna av a reight feight to avoid anoher one.

    They aren't though

    They allow chelsea to spend millions and millions that they havent got.

    But thats the point, they don't have it

    Roman does and the FA are actively encouraging them to get into debt. The rule should be simple, if a club doesnt have the money then the signing isn't allowed. No clubs getting massively into debt and no big risks.

    If chelsea want to sign a player then Roman is free to sign the money over to the club, if he wont do that then no player.

    The FA and FL seem more interested in punishing clubs that get into debt than actually stopping them getting into debt in the first place.

    Rotherham are being punished for playing a couple of miles outside the town. Other teams are not.

    But the lower clubs don't get someone like Roman its the big city teams who will always have a Roman to bail them out.
