so the first game is over..and i have to say to be honest that i am not worried about our chances of survival at all on that showing..i think the lads on the pitch played their hearts out..you could see that at the final whistle when hayes and ricco were on the floor exhausted. There wasnt a player on the pitch that i felt didnt perform (with the exeption of one,im not into grumbling about players who wear the red shirt but im finally starting to agree with the tommy wright knockers on here)...ok maybe a couple had a poor first half with the goals but i think we more than matched the cardiff "superstars" Yes its obvious we need a goalscorer in the team..everyone knows that and im sure AR is trying to solve it The only grumble i had yesterday was mcindoe had the young full back gilbert in his pocket so why swtich him to the right? surely he was more effective on the left than hayes would be?? All in all im quite happy..the happiest ive been after a home defeat anyway and i think with a couple of additions to the squad we will be fine COME ON YOU REDS
