Yesterday on ITV they said they'd been excellent and they couldn't think of one wrong call. Well there were 2 for Ukraine for a start where they were onside, there's another with Crespo. The Beeb lads have just commented that the AR's have been poor, spot on Mick. They're hopeless.
RE: I haven't seen any of the ITV "discussion" I think it was Southgate who said it during the commentary with possibly Tyldesley. The 'experts' are Curbishley, Allardyce, Hasselbaink, Venables, McCoist, Townsend amongst others.
best co commentator by a mile. Only speaks when he has a point to make, not like Lorro who tries to make jokes all the time (mind you it would drive me to madness having to listen to Mottie)
Oh and by the way Mick's from tarn dontcha know !!!

Yeah he's brilliant, just speaks his mind. 'The next World Cup will be a no contact tournament at this rate' being one example ff
his best was in the france game when asked if he thought the subsitute had got into the pace of the game "he was into the pace of the game when he was sat on the bench!" ff ff
He got two badly wrong in the game they were commentating on Clean through on goal and up went the flag!
I get annoyed with how often they'll criticise an offside call when they've frozen the picture and it's only just level....think about how the linesman sees it at pitch level looking to where the ball is and as soon as played he then looks along the line.....you can't really criticise on the very tight calls. I've said this for ages - they should show more full speed replays.
