    some strange ideas.....
    Crime fell by 50%.....and a great quote from one bloke "I was thinking about the weekend and selling my weed and everything.....but the Police were all around"

    well yep....to stop people like him !! So he "wanted to join in when it started..." I bet he did....bad for business... and the another bloke "its what you always want to do...beat a copper up !!
