Performance by a reds team I have witnessed since the promotion to the premier. A massive well done to every single player and all those being the scenes at the club. I have critcised Hourihane in the past, but tonight I only have the utmost praise for him. Outstanding play, chasing down and running very well done !!!!
Hourihane was brilliant. Didn't put a foot wrong all night and consistently delivered brilliant balls into the box, two of which led to our goals. Captain fantastic.
We were bloody excellent tonight. But I reckon you're getting a bit carried away saying its the best performance in 19 years. The Huddersfield drubbing was the most complete performance I have ever seen. I would also give you Brum away in the play offs when Bassett totally out thought Trevor Francis tactically.
