    Fat Frank!

never done owt for England in the past and is way too old for his style of game.

It's just an exclusive members club....harder to get out than in.

Shocking selection...... a bit like one of Orsenkaht's naps!

I'm underwhelmed by quite a few of Roys selections. I don't think I'll be bothering with much of this world cup so its going to be another long summer.

There int half some negativity when it comes to England these days. Cheers up lads, the weight of expectation is gone. The 'golden generation' are almost gone. Everyone knows we've got no chance so let's enjoy a likeable bunch of young lads give it a go.

Plenty to be excited about that midfield list (even if you're not from Hemsworth) Real quality, technique, bags of pace and players on top form for a change. Admittedly, it's probably the weakest tournament back 4 of my generation but hey ho. Score more than them and all that.

I am underwhelmed with Roy. Old farts club. Needs re organising from top to bottom and a curb on foreign players.

    I disagree

I'd have said Smalling - if he is an international defender I should be playing prem football

Cant say I am excited about Lampard being selected but am not really sure who I would have taken instead

I wouldn't have taken Lampard. I'd have taken an 8th defender.

Also find it bizarre that there's no cover for Gerrard. No other holding midfielders in the squad seems strange to me. None of Henderson, Wilshere & Lampard are suited to that role

I can never get my head around the fact that James Milner gets into squad.
