    I've see them several times and they are one of the best bands I have ever seen live.

    I've just dug an old T shirt out of the wardrobe I bought at the first gig in October 2004 at the Cockpit. Fantastic band.

    I wore the T shirt a couple of years later at the Leadmill and it got me loads of attention. Now I can't even get tickets to see them because they sell out so quickly.

    Shame theyve turned into the sort of band that can charge £60 and get away with it merely cos theyve had a couple of songs on adverts, but hopefully that wont happen.

    And yes tomfun, Black Lips are unreal!!
