1 Foster is our best centre half
2 Hassell is better at right back than Etuhu
3 Hassell is better in defensive midfield than Tunnicliffe
4 We need a replacement for Golbourne and we can then go back to the 3-5-2 that was working so well for us
5 Wiseman would be better employed as the right wing back if we are to persist in playing him
6 Harewood is the better partner for Daggers
7 Polish Tom cannot be relied on to offer anything defensively
8 We need to spend serious time on the training ground on set pieces, both defending them and our own attacking set pieces

Last season we lost our midfield and the wheels came off. Surely the same can't happen to us this year after losing our full backs?

he didn't start the game at right back

Get player and watch Barnsley Vs Peterborough and come back

He had a very good game yesterday. I would have said my MOTM

Thought he played quite well yesterday.

thought in defending them it was the best we've been for a long time. I wasn't fearing the worse for the first time since the Nottingham Forest game

attacking, we weren't on it again.

    Agreed.

We lose our two wing-backs and bring in a central midfielder (Tunnicliffe)........I don't get that, when we have Mellis, Etuhu, Perkins who can all play that position.

I'm not saying Tunnicliffe isn't a good addition, what I am saying is the priority should have been replacements for Golbourne and Stones and stick with 5-3-2.

FFS, the two aren't connected. He's trying to bring in a Wing back but he can't just magic one up. Personally i think he should go to Warren Joyce and speak to him about getting someone from there.

Of course they are connected......it's a team/squad game and the priority for me, was not another central midfielder, it was and still is wing backs and another centre half.

He started at RIGH wing BACK and played half the game at RIGHT BACK.
Piss off with your vendetta against hassell, you look like a knob.
Wiseman was beaten leading to the first goal. It was also wiseman who failed to recover allowing the tap in
We conceded from a set piece again you berk.

So you can only look for one player at a time.

They've been trying to get Ryan in for ages.

Nobody saying you can only bring one player at a time.......what is being said is our priorities should be defence.

Hemsworth - I can see why you end up in many arguments on this Board......I ain't gunna argue with you cos I respect your freedom of opinion, I just don't agree with you.

In my opinion, that's what I would deem

Constructive criticism and proof it isn't necessary to go OTT, or resort to personal abuse towards players or fellow Barnsley fans.

I think Cywka could be trained up to make a decent wing back. Probably not for this season but I don't think he is shy of getting back and tackling, he just has to do it a bit more tidily. Made a couple of decent blocks yesterday too. He might grow into the role, but I wouldn't just stick him straight in there.
