looking at what's happening at the club with the age of the squad and the type of players we're bringing in (hungry, young, ambitious, wanting to improve & learn, WANTING TO PLAY FOR BARNSLEY FOOTBALL CLUB) I feel the blueprint and the direction the manager and board are trying to push the club is absolutely spot on, I just really hope the players are up to the job, it'll be a crying shame if we fail in this approach, because it's what we've needed for years, we look to have adopted the right plan and seem dedicated to implementing and seeing it through, and in my opinion its the right thing, now it's all down to the players getting right on the field.

I agree entirely, but can we call it a redprint? :)
