Fans want the board to put more money in. Should they or should we as well?

Why have we not signed anyone?

And should Ritchie be in charge?

To me the board are doing the right thing, they are trying to make the club self sufficient, it is not going to happen over night, and splashing the cash, which we may or may not have is not going to help. I'd love to see the club spend, but the fact of the matter is we cannot afford to!

PC has invested in the club and saved us, but fans see him in the rich list and expect him to invest more into us and cannot undersatnd why he does not if he is a fan? Well if you had worked hard to build up an little empire would you risk putting it into a football club (one of the most risky businesses off all), and more importantly it is his choice and nobody actually knows how £ they have, rich lists include assests, like Roman A sold his assets the other week and is now the richest man on the earth for pure cash in the bank, whereas others may have more assets and are worth more!

So until we ever get a suger daddy we are doing the right thing and sticking to a budget. When people say but it can surely only cost X amount of cash to sign someone, nobody is certain how much it costs and if that could be better spent within the club?

As for transfers, its all well and good saying we need to sign players, the club/manager know that. But it is getting the right player in that AR wants, and they might not be available or in our budget? It is pointless in signing someone on loan or permanant that will use up some of the budget if they are no better than what we already have? Doing that could mean we miss out on targets further down the line. When fans say we should push the boat out for a couple of signings then it is a risk taht may not pay off, they could get injured, or be/turn crap and then the club will have wasted extra money which could be nexts years budget or better spent else where?

As for AR it is still early in the season, he is obviously a capable manager as some results have shown, he just needs time, but as usual fans expect instant results, and i'd love them to be instant but it does not always happen like that, and chopping and changing the manager does not always solve the solution (as the past shows for us). So for once lets seee if a manager can last more than a season or 2 in charge and give them a real chance ;o)

    Andy Ritchie is spineless

as proven by not facing the players down last night
He should have gone in a laid into them

It might have bucked them up a bit. But instead they get a day off..

    Great Punishment

But hey we will probably win on Saturday
