    If PC decides to pull the plug on Shep
    Who is there to take over the Chairmans job (dunno)
    I know I would do a better job than Shep
    But PC needs to bite the bullet and bring either a football director in or maybe John Dennis

    I know JD has many enemies but look round the ground, JD built that
    Year after year there was an improvement up until we lost at Wembley

    We are on the brink of disaster
    But then again - I told you so in July 2006

    The worst thing for me is I could see this happening

    Ritchies buddy buddy tactics............no new signings after Cardiff.........no expereinced players brought in
    I knew that if we got injuries and suspensions we would lose matches and Ritchie would probably get sacked leaving Shep open to abuse
    Its happened - I thought it was the worst case senario, but its happened :( :( :(

    It looks like Davey has been left holding the baby and it seems at this stage he just can't cope

    You put a lot of blame on Ritchie... but

    He tried to sign players in the summer: Johnson, Foster etc

    He tried to sign Constantine

    Amongst others... the board fecked up in the summer by not offering the money, and now they're desperatly trying to rectify things. Trouble is, it's months too late.

    The main thing is the buck stops with Shep..............he has had some

    fantastic luck............Cardiff, promotion (when the team wasn't good enough for promotion)
    followed by
    terrible bad luck...........Ritchie (and now it seems Davey)

    Shep is responsible...........so Shep must now consider his position

    he said no to the constantine deal, it was arranged and he changed his mind, ritchie said so himself.
