Nothing guaranteed of course but 2 decent strikers, solid team , bit of cash to spend I think about lower mid tables about right.
Wealthy Russian backer, I believe. Not really made any major signings this summer though, besides Elliott Ward and an aging Ian Harte.
I was seriously looking at them for relegation. They might have a bit of money and a few good players but I'd still expect them to be fighting a relegation battle rather than promotion candidates - 11/1 for relegation seems reasonable value to me!
With all the 'who's gonna get relegated threads' I'm surprised that very few have said Bournemouth. Only just got promoted from Lge1, no recent Champ experience.. I'm expecting them to really struggle. Unless as Chef Tyke says, I'm missing something.
Think mid table also, Got a couple of old heads in, but they are expected to get decent loan signings when the premier clubs have named their squads.
Relegation. They're spending nowt in Championship terms, might look big spenders in League 1. Donny Rovers have £800 million sat in the board...
I think everyone was expecting them to splash the cash so predicted they might do quite well, me included. It's still not happened and the season's about to start so I'm a little less convinced they'll stay out of trouble. They'll always have the opportunity to spend big in January if things aren't going too well though. I think they should be alright.
