    ... I got straight through just after 9am on Wednesday.

    Had problems around lunchtime the day before !

    I guess the staffing levels and the number of people in the shop will determine how easy it is to get through ! (Plus, I guess there's only one line !)

    Once you've got them, they're great - I got my tickets through the post next morning.

    Just got through.

    Called 211 211, and then pressed option 1 for the Box Office.

    Thanks for your help, people. Now, if only we can not lose at Swillsborough for once!
