Lot of rubbish being talked on here about the quality of player SD has brought in.
These players are better or much better than what we had at this time last season (excluding McIndoe).
We have the makings of a decent squad now with cover for all or nearly all of the positions
What I think we do need now is a bit of quality
Yer know, someone on a years contract that will cost nowt to sign but wages are high and has that bit of quality
Example, someone in the Dickov or Jimmy Floyd-Hasselbaink mould

 

Hasselbaink is pish. Wouldn't want us wasting our money on him. Leave that to Riddy.

 

Just hope he's used self-raising rather than plain flour.

Still, I'm outside cooking, so what would I know?

 

Proof will be in the eating, like i say it will take time to cook, but the indications are that the recipe as to many bad eggs in at the moment. Just my thoughts. (chinny)

A couple of tastless ingredients need moving on to make way for the couple of finishing touches of class req.

 

Most positions

Centre half, midfield and you can never have enough forwards, we would be off playing the 100`s and 1000`s in a
formation set out to starve the oposition of the ball. Ensuring that we get at least a nil- nil draw, then when they have mastered that we can swap them for a more moble whipped cream and shaved chocolate topping to get the goals.
