well... its not rocket science! And the webcam could be put on the site for exiles to see the ground on match day - time lapse intervals of course!
Wouldn't they need planning permission? I thought WebCams were for personal use or for security reasons - otherwise you are breaching peoples privacy.
RE: Wouldn't they need planning permission? What about the Trafalger Square ones then on Earthcam, or the Edinburgh ones. There used to be one outside Chicago Cubs stadium - great on game days to watch that and see people milling about outside.
Those will definately have required planning permission I'm pretty sure there is daft law regarding this. It's probably an antiquated one that predates the advent of WebCams.
only if it films onto public property i believe well within rights to film in their ground and surrouding ground - but not onto the road. Not a legal eagle so not 100% sure like.
