    Well were not going to have much chance of improving our away form if our business plan is predicated on issuing refunds whenever we lose, meaning we have any even smaller budget to operate on

    We take that chance as Barnsley fans. Our away form has been woeful for years now so these performances aren't a shock when they happen - unacceptable but not surprising.
