has every chance of staying up, if we can get the right 11 players on the pitch from the start. Saw enough on Saturday to believe we can grind out the odd result away from home, need to start well tomorrow, with the right 11 players, fans behind the team and lets see what happens. Paul Reid out, Anthony Kay in.
Always optimististic, Comfy win tomorrow night.
2 or 3-1
We will stay up with a couple of games to go.

Got to start picking up on the edge of the box when defending corners. Lost count of the number of goals we've conceded like that.
There's every reason Paul Reid was awful on Saturday, not at fault for the penalties, but made to look like a school kid by Kenwyne Jones for most of the game, they couldve had more than 5 had it not been for the post and bad finishing, Reid's body language is so negative, looks to blame as opposed to motivate, worst captain we've had in that respect for many years. Alongside Lewin, Kay would be the obvious and ideal choice, more vocal, more positive, and unless there's an agenda that Im unaware of, then the manager should be looking to bring Kay back. If he picks Reid again, I have no sympathy for him whatsoever.
Both Derby goals same story, needs addressing, midfield should be picking up the loose balls, we lack a leader at the back imho, Lewin was awesome but the bloke alongside him didnt put a shift in, didnt organise, galvantise or motivate, not good enough.
An agenda you're unaware of? Where was Kay on Saturday then? Did he have to stay in and wash his hair or summat? Talk about ignoring the facts, you're unbelievable. (titanic)
ANTONY KAY ISNT FROZEN OUT... Davey said....he will pick the team which he feels has the best chance of winning the next match i wouldnt be suprised if he's in tomorrow
Absolutely Kay and Lewin would be a 'good blend', Im absolutely convinced they are our best option. If Davey picks Reid after Saturdays performance, he's asking for trouble.
Kay was dropped cos he made mistakes against Cardiff, if Davey is consistent, Reid has to be dropped, simple as that. Dont agree with chopping and changing the side, but when a change is needed, as blatantly obvious as this one, then its gotta happen. Otherwise, as I say, the manager is leaving himself wide open. What is more worrying though is if we concede against Hull, the atmosphere will be poisonous. If I were the manager, I would at least want to be able to say I had the best 11 out there to get stick together and work through it. Reids body language when we're behind is shocking.
RE: Kay was dropped cos he made mistakes That's usually because he is the one at fault, but the same tough justice is not applied to anyone else it seems: Hassell has made mistakes recently as has Colgan, but their places are not in question
I am hoping that if Hull bring a few fans it might motivate our own. I am optimistic that if we go a goal down the fans will rally the players.
Do Hull play with any pace up front?
If not then I cant see Davey leaving Reid out.

The current squad is easily good enough.
Unlike the manager and, increasingly it seems, the chairman.

RE: I am hoping that if Hull bring a few fans it might motivate our own. what like we did against Wednesday ?
Thanks for putting our minds at rest about Kay. I was a bit concerned he wouldn't be considered for selectionuntil you put me straight. Cheers.
RE: to his credit Davey has assembled a squad much better than Ritchie had he just cant get them to play, picks out of form players, plays them out of position, too loyal to some, but not loyal enough to others.
