Mifsud's going to L**ds, and so too is Billy Blunt in a deal involving Beckford going the other way. Hope these are true, means we wont be signing Mifsud, Sharpe or Beckford.
Nope, don't think Beckford will be able to make the step up into the Championship, crumbled under the pressure in the league 1 play offs, not often a player makes the step up effectively, Billy Sharp hasn't, not many have in recent years, Iwelumo, Scotland, thats it.
Some L**ds fans behind me at cricket other day were saying that Beckford scored loads of goals when they won 4-0 against lesser teams but struggled when it mattered against better teams/big games. They also said that he scored most of his goals at home and none away. Hope we don't go for him.
